DISCLAIMER
By commissioning me, you automatically agree that you have read and will adhere to all terms described herein, as well as any additional terms listed on specific commission pages. If you are not willing to agree to these conditions, you may not request a commission.
You agree to the policy of using the commission for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and to provide all necessary credits to me.
Commissions are not allowed to be used for AI purposes and/or NFT usage.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
GENERAL TERMS
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
Full credit must always be given for my work. You may not claim my work as your own.
(Credit me as Cheri, keicerise or sakurakei + link my youtube and/or twitter, preferably both.)
Commissions may not be used for redistribution or external projects, both commercial or non-commercial unless otherwise discussed.
You are not authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
Commissions must be requested through twitter DMs (@keicerise) or ==discord DMs ==(keicerise#7050).
I will not start working on a commission until I receive payment.
A maximum of 3 commission revisions/re-renders can be requested after completion within reason. Additional revisions will cost an additional fee at my discretion.
I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the final product if no feedback was given to amend it.
I am allowed to use your commission for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied by the commissioner before payment.
> Any harassment in regards to commissions will not be tolerated. This includes any form of communication (replies, DMs, comments).
I reserve the right to place anyone on my blacklist over harassment.
PAYMENT
All payments are made in GBP (£) through Paypal invoice.
Other currencies and payment platforms are not accepted. Do not send any kind of payment other than through Paypal invoices sent by me.
Payment must be fully paid upfront.
Once a commission has been started I will not provide full refunds.
If the commissioner cancels the commission only 50% of the fee will be returned.
If I terminate a commission a full refund will be issued.
I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
You are not authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
All commissions are for personal use only by default. For commercial purposes there is a +100% fee.
The following are considered commercial use: reproducing and selling the work (publicly or privately), cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my work, (ex: Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, personal sites, business cards etc).
Tips are not required, but are always greatly appreciated!
